今回の記事はNow Learningに実装された以下の２つの新しい機能についての紹介です。
1）試験言語選択
2）MFA（Multi-Factor Authentication）- 多要素認証

２）MFA（Multi-Factor Authentication）- 多要素認証
セキュリティの向上のため、ServiceNowの複数のサイトにおいて11月よりMFAが実装され、Now Learningもその対象となっております。
11月時点では一部のユーザが対象となっておりますが段階的に対象は拡大され、最終的に全てのユーザが対象となります。
実装されるサイトは、Now Learning (Now Create)/ Partner Portal / Developer Portalなどです。

下の図は、これまでのログインの流れとMFA実装後のログインの流れを表しています。

２段階目の認証手順のデフォルトはメールとなっていますが、設定変更することでSMSや、OKTA・Google Authenticatorなどの3rdベンダーのアプリも選択することも可能です。

またMFAで一度ログインするとそのセッションが有効な間はMFA対象の別サイトも２段階目の認証なしにアクセス可能となっております。
