Access need to view the Knowledge Center Data

Hi Team,

 

User is able to access the knowledge Center but not able to see the data on the tabs "Potential duplicates" and "Top 5 potential gaps" what access is needed to view the data.

So the Academy demo on Knowledge Center said any "Knowledge" role should have the required access, so must be a data\table access issue.  i.e. do they have the access to read\right to the kb_knowledge table in a reporting sense.  This thread talks more about that Solved: Is there a way to find out what tables a role has ... - ServiceNow Community

Users has knowledge admin, knowledge contributor, knowledge roles
