Could Knowledge be configured to support Wiki and similar to docs.servicenow.com?

We would like a wiki type of knowledge to be set up to help guide our internal users. It will be similar to docs.servicenow.com that table of contents are displayed on the left side of the screen, and individual documents displayed on the right. Does anyone know if SerrviceNow Knowledge (or other app) can be configured to accomplish this goal?

Thank you.

Hi @Joanna15

I know ServiceNow has community plugin that's similar to the ServiceNow community. You can have a look at it by installing in sandbox and see if it can be customised to meet your requirements.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-co...

Out of the Box, ServiceNow doesn't have a plugin that works like docs. servicenow.com

Kind Regards,
