External Articles searchable in KB and Incident Related search

Hi - We have numerous user guides (not KBAs within ServiceNow) that we want to link to ServiceNow to promote self-service and eliminate ticket creation for "Questions" or "Inquiries" related to SAP incidents. Already we have declined this import article option, but we want to try the search from the portal and incident-related search results. these articles are now present in our SharePoint environment
