How do show public articles on Employee Center?

I received this question in one of the Knowledge Management Acadmies and followed up with the Employee Center team for guidance.

Employee Center does require a login. In order to use public knowledge articles with Employee Center, customers would need to build a custom page, make it public, and put the article on the page. Customers can choose to make the custom page available on the Employee Center as well, but none of the Employee Center (e.g. a topic page) are designed for public access.

Here are the steps needed to create a public page: https://www.servicenow.com/community/csm-blog/how-to-setup-your-portal-for-public-users/ba-p/2292553

Note: Before configuration is made to either portal or KB articles, confirm with your cyber security team any internal policies or guidelines that need to be adhered to.

Remember that Employee Center is for employees; the intent of Employee Center isn’t for externals.

Employee Center is built on the Service Portal, which is a platform capability. Service Portal can be utilized for public consumption if you need to retain the security parameters of Employee Center, yet still need to provide public article functionality.
