Does ServiceNow have a tool that could pull knowledge articles from one system into another and then maintain the target when there are changes to the source record?
Example is having some common knowledge articles in 'Instance 1' and then syncing those into 'Instance 2' so that the end users can copy and paste code snippets and things in those articles without needing to manually duplicate the articles each time.
