Would like to understand if it's possible to differentiate knowledge views and feedback received based on the source. For instance, users may access knowledge articles through various channels like the Portal, Classic (platform) view, Mobile, Incident, or Chatbot. I’d like to know if there’s a way to identify which source is most frequently used by our users to find knowledge articles.
