Hello All,
I have activated the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin recently (mainly for versioning).
When i am republishing the existing article the new article versioning gets published with new version and the old version of the article moves to outdated (workflow_state).
But this "outdated" state is not visible in the list view of articles (workflow stages )
In the dictionary entry i do see only 4 choices ( draft, review, published, retired ). In my PDI i can see 7 choices ( draft, review, scheduled_publish, published, pending_retirement, retired, outdated ).
Please let me know do i need to enable any property to get this OOTB workflow states ?
