When showing a list of articles, is there a way to add a column for what template was used for the article? When I click the "gear" icon to bring up the column list, there isn't an entry for template. What I am trying to do is determine what articles used a particular template as one or more articles in a knowledge base may have used an incorrect template, preventing me from removing it from the knowledge base.

To the best of my knowledge, this information is stored in the Class field of the knowledge record. This field can be added to the list view. We have also made it visible on the knowledge form. The display name of the standard template is Knowledge.

I am interested in the answer as well. I know the template name can be seen in the Approvals table - if you have the Approval workflow turned on for the knowledge base. The Approval record will show "Template Name: KB##" in the Approving field.
But surely there is another way to get this information in the platform?

Yep! I found that out after posting. I never would've thought to look for Class as the field as I would've expected it to be something like Template.
