I can't find "Disable rating" and "Disable Mark as helpful" field in the available list.

Hello great people of this community, i'm still a learner but please bear with my question. I'm logged in as an administrator in my practice instance, and am trying to disbale article rating and 'mark as helpul' at the knowledge base level, but i can't seem to find these two fields on the knowledge base form. If i go to the form layout to display them on the form, they are no where in the available list of the slush bucket. Eventhough i can see the 'Ratings' field in the available list, it does'nt display on the form after moving it to selected list of the slush bucket. What am i not getting here?

I also have this issue. I only have the option for the default view.

There is a client script (Hide Disable Rating and Disable Helpful), in the Global Scope that has disabled display of the fields on the form.

Disabling the script will have the fields show on the form.
