I have a Decision Table record named "Risk Level Ranges" present in the sys_decision table. The condition logic is configured to determine the risk type based on specific inputs.
However, when I try to select or reference this Decision Table inside Flow Designer / Workflow Studio, it says "No record found" (or does not appear in the lookup list).
Why is this Decision Table not visible in the workflow interface, and how can I resolve this?

Faced Similar issue, updated decision table builder plugin to latest version and it solved the issue.
