Do we also need the Legal Admin (sn_lg_ops.legal_admin) and Legal Fulfiller roles (sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller) and Matter fulfiller roles if in case the fulfiller wants to take advantage of other features in the Legal Request and Matter management?
