Hello out there,
I've been given this requirement by a client, and I was trying to determine the best way to go about it. My first thought was to use Flow Designer to schedule the notification at the appropriate intervals for the proper users. Would this work? If so, does anyone see any potential hiccups I may come across?
"Need scheduled email reminder for new employees (at 15 and 30 days post created date) to complete Conflict of Interest Disclosure. Should only send to employees who do not yet have a Legal Request created by a Conflict of Interest Legal Producer (do not have a Legal Request in status of New, Assigned, Work In Progress, Approved)"

Hi Jessica,
What products do you have? With the mention of new employees, and legal, do you have HRSD, Life cycle events, LSD? The extra context would be helpful as life cycle events has some additional niceties which might alter the suggestion solution.

Hi, thanks for the reply,
It was LSD, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to leverage Lifecycle events. (which is amazing!) We ended up writing an email script that sent the notification at the required intervals.
