The Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) application platform is purpose-built to enhance post-sales support and streamline service operations throughout the manufacturing sector. The following is what’s new and improved in Manufacturing Commercial Operations for the Zurich release.  

 

What’s New

  • Agents Workspace: Empowers OEMs and manufacturers to launch sales promotions and recall campaigns and facilitates efficient claim submission, review, and approval.
  • Dealer Portal: Offer a comprehensive portal experience for both internal and external dealers, facilitating seamless collaboration with OEMs and improving access to essential information.
  • Industry-Specific Data Model: Utilize a data model designed to address the unique requirements of the automotive and heavy engineering industries.
  • Recall Campaign Management: Efficiently launch recall campaigns and coordinate with dealers to address and resolve associated claims, ensuring successful recall processes.
  • Repair Claim Processing: Simplify the handling of warranty repair claims by enabling direct collaboration between dealers and OEMs through a unified system, expediting claim resolution.
  • Sales Promotion Initiatives: Oversee the creation and management of sales promotion campaigns and related claims, fostering smooth dealer engagement and effective promotional settlements.
  • Content Restructure: Redesigned the Explore, Configure, Use and Reference sections to include details of all change models available in the application, making them easier to find.
