I need send a mail whenever user submit offboarding request

I wanna trigger a mail whenever user submit the offboarding request i wanna send a mail to specific user in service now . How can i achieve it via Service now workflow ?

You can use the "Notification" activity within a workflow to trigger an email when specific conditions are met. 

or you can use the create Event in workflow activity to trigger notification when event occur.

If part of your offboarding also involves recovering IT assets, you can extend the workflow with ReadyCloud (available in the ServiceNow Store).
