OT Visibility & OT Servicemanagement

I came across these two features in OT module. Is it available in PDI to install and see the features? I am looking for adding all my OT data to our existing CMDB. then, i came ot know OT visibility is the capability used to add in our CMDB to see all OT Related assets. how to get a demo of this module? any video and readout are very helpful.

Hi @PaulSylo,

I've seen in ServiceNow material, such as this document from 2021, reference to the 'three main pillars' of their manufacturing product suite: OT Visibility, OT Security & Governance, and OT Service Management.

However, those terms don't directly align with the names of the OT modules, which are:

• Operational Technology Manager
• Manufacturing Process Manager
• Discovery for Operational Technology
• Operational Technology Incident Management
• Operational Technology Vulnerability Response

So, to answer your question, OT Visibility and OT Service Management aren't modules, however, the five modules listed above can all be activated as plug-ins on a PDI. It sounds like the top three will give you the functionality you looking for.
