I am trying to make a Bar visualization from the Incident Table.
It has to show a percentage of how many Incidents was resolved same day from "Business Duration" per month.
So if we had 100 incidents January 2024 and 60 of then was resolved same day as opened, I want the bar for January to show me 60%.
If we had 50 incidents in Februrary 2024 and 10 of them was resolved same day as opened, I want the bar for february to show me 20%.
And so on...
I can easily make an overall bar chart Grouped By = Business Duration. Showing how many Incidents was resolved same day, 2 days. 2-5 days and so on.
I can also make a Spline chart with no Grouped By and Trend By = Created, monthly, Average aggregation on Business Duration.
I need this for a KPI;
How many Incidents per month is resolved the same day as opened, as a percentage to the total number of Incidents every month.
