Hi, I have a client that want to use service now for their employees to book travel and accomodation for work assignments. The accommodation is theirs so we have the data. The employees are theirs so they mostly exist in Service Now ITSM.. If we added on Workplace Service Delivery could we point the travel booking out to an external site, the trains also to the train booking site and the acccomodation booking in the Workplace app so that the employee can book his travel and accommodation for the dates he needs? Clearly there would need to be some sort of approval but that needs to be light. Has anyone done this with workplace service delivery, I can' find a forum on it anywhere
