Cannot access Support with my ServiceNow ID

Trying to access a KB article to do some troubleshooting, and it looks like I am unable to access the link because my ServiceNow ID is disallowed.
Am looking at https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0955126 but it doesn't solve my particular situation because I have a ServiceNow ID but unable to access support.
Can someone point me to the right direction that I can use to resolve this issue?

Your ServiceNow ID that you login to things like the community is not the same for support. You will need to reach out to your ServiceNow account rep to have one created for support or if someone else at your company has one they may be able to create a Support account for you.
