Hi,

I am trying to complete the "Employee Center Essentials" lab under Associate Business Process Analyst certification.

However one of the steps involves logging in here: https://store.servicenow.com/store

When I enter my email I get the following error:

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Aniket

Hi @hikerclimber

This is an expected error. To access the Store app, you need an ID that is associated with a partner-to-customer account. Since this is a lab instance and you're logged in with your Gmail ID, it won't work.

Could you please let me know which plugin you're trying to install? Most plugins are preloaded in the lab instance.

I am following the following the following steps for Employee Center Essentials lab for Associate Business Process Analyst training.

It says the following:

Employee Center Pro may be purchased through the ServiceNow® Store. It must have an entitlement (license) in order to be installed.

  1. Navigate to the ServiceNow® Store(opens in a new tab).
  2. Log in using your HI credentials.
  3. Search for Employee Center Pro.
  4. Follow the prompts to install it in your instance.

I guess I can just navigate to Employee Center in the test instance which I have?

Thanks,

Aniket
