How to schedule Survey Report along with Incident Number of their respective Survey Response records ?

Is it through asmt_metric_result table or any other table and How?

We have OOO survey  for incident table.

Report on "asmt_assessment_instance" table to report on survey (incident).

You can use the asmtmetricresult table for this.
Each survey response record in that table links to an assessment instance, which is tied to its respective incident record.
