Hello,
In serviceNow I have:
- A notification
- An email template
- An email layout
I have my notification linked to my template. And I want to link my layout to my template. According to the internet (youtube, google, chatgpt) I need to link it manually by using the email layout field that is supposed to show to link the template to the layout.
The problem for me is that the button is not there:
I expect the button to be displayed between Subject and MessageHTML.
Does anyone know where the button is or how to display it? Or how to link the layout to the template?
Thanks

Check if somebody updated the form layout and ensure you are in Default update set and add that field on form
OR
You can set it from List view as well.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
