Unable to locate material files in Instance

Hi folks, 

I am studying ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals on Demand but am unable to locate course files per instructions. 

I have tried in my instance as both system admin and also impersonated another user. I have also attempted locating in a new instance but no dice. Anyone else had any luck with this?

I also was unable to locate where to submit this issue to ServiceNow team directly, if anyone would be kind enough to give me a link for that - that would be amazing 🙂

NOTE: In Lab 1.1, you receive instructions on how to access the SNAF Class Knowledge Base and download the course resources. When you select the Course Resources article, read the description and select the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Course Materials.zip link. The .zip file will download to your computer.

If you choose to open the link to open in a new window/tab, a Sharepoint window will open. From there, select Download, to download all course resources to your computer. '

open the SNAF Knowledge Base
Open the article and the zip file is attached'

Be aware: Now Learning support is not the fastest... so it could take a few weeks before getting response.

I managed to locate the files and they don't contain what I need - which is actual steps for the labs themselves haha. But all good, I will muddle through.

Cause
In order to access the resources, which include the lab materials for the On-Demand course, you need to enroll in the course and redeem the eBook.

IMPORTANT: You will not have access to the eBook until after you have enrolled. Please be sure to enroll or purchase the course first in order to access the eBook.

Resolution
After enrollment/purchase is complete, select the eBook link on the main course page.
Follow the instructions listed on the eBook tab to redeem the eBook, or refer to Access On Demand eBook 
After you redeem the eBook, the lab materials will be listed in the eBook.
NOTE: eBook tab will not be visible if you have not enrolled or purchased the course.
