Issues with Unmoderated Items Section in ServiceNow Community

When I ask questions within the ServiceNow community I see that under Unmoderated Items my questions are sitting in "My items Awaiting Approval" status and do not update for several hours. I am unable to ask question within the forum, is there a criteria to bypass the awaiting approval or is this the normal process?

You should no longer have any issues with posts going into moderation.
