I accidentally fat fingered and closed a support case, is there any way I can re-open it?

@jhoang2 Unfortunately, there is no way to reopen a case once it is closed. You need to create a new case again.

Hi @jhoang2
If it’s closed, there’s no way to reopen it. It’s better to log a new case and reference the old one
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @jhoang2 .
Once a case moves to the Closed state, it typically cannot be reopened. That’s standard behavior in many organizations and is best practice to maintain audit trails as per ServiceNow...
