The link to Class Resources is expired

I have just started the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course. After navigating to the KB article with the link to the Class Resources zip file and clicking the link, I get an error:

"Sorry, the link has expired.
The link was set to expire after a certain amount of time. Please contact the person who shared this link with you."
 
When I try to navigate to the Support page, after it loops me through a few logon screens each time, I only get a generic screen with four products and no way to log a support case. Not sure how to proceed.

Also having this problem. Did you find a resolution, or can anyone assist?
