Trying to complete the Employee Center Essentials Lab

Hi,

I am trying to complete the "Employee Center Essentials" lab under Associate Business Process Analyst certification.  To do so I need to install Employee Center Pro.

The steps state I need to

1. Navigate to the ServiceNow Store(opens in a new tab).

2. Log in using your HI credentials.

3. Search for Employee Center Pro.

4. Follow the prompts to install it in your instance.

When I enter my email I get the following error:

How can I access the plugin so I can install it?

Hi @psitnik ,

If you are trying to install it in PDI or lab instance follow the steps:

Admin -> Application Manager

Search for Employee Center Pro (sn_ex_sp_pro)

Install (Check - load demo data, if you want some demo data)

HI portal is used to request app for company instances not in PDI or lab instance.

I am trying to install it in my PDI Instance.

When I go to Application Manager and search for it, it is not found.
