Hi! Just signed up through the Veterans Affairs options and would like to learn more about AI and possibly move over to OIT. What would be a good starting point for me?

Hi @JAMIP
Welcome to the community, mate! Wishing you a wonderful learning journey ahead. This community is a great place to share your knowledge, learn from others, exchange ideas, and grow together. Make the most of it, contribute whenever you can, and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Looking forward to seeing you around!
As a ServiceNow trainer, I’d recommend starting with the ServiceNow ecosystem fundamentals and foundational training. Before jumping into AI or any advanced topic, it’s important to understand the platform first—what ServiceNow is, how it is built, the terminology, and the different technologies and capabilities within the ecosystem.
There are dedicated learning journeys available, and the training itself is free. I’d suggest following the foundational journey first, then moving on to CSA (Certified System Administrator). From there, you can choose a more specialised path based on your interests and career goals.
Build a strong foundation first, and then explore AI and other advanced areas with a much clearer understanding of the platform.
