What's going on with moderation?

The last 2 times I've posted a solution to my questions, both have been sent to moderation hell. Why?
Additionally, why is it that I never actually receive any feedback from whoever the moderator is? Why?
How do I move posts from moderation back to the threads they were intended for? How?

Where are the rules of engagement for moderation? Where?

Or are they some type of secret that only true moderators can see, because? Because?

I find exclusion through moderation pretty annoying.

Is there some other ServiceNow community I should be accessing to NOT get moderated every time I post with NO feedback as to why? Anyplace?

Currently there is no way for us to do this without giving you access to site functions we can't give you. That said, we are looking at additional tools but do not want to do into details and tip the spammers off here.
