Accessing ServiceNow using a Web browser in mobile device.

When I access service now using a browser in mobile devices (tablet/ phone), I can see a different UI (See the attached) as the one accessed by laptop browsers.

Can I know if this ui can be configured and if there are any features that are not supported by mobile browsers?

Hi Belle,

Every table in Servicenow could have one or many views for different roles for different users i.e default view, administrative view, self-service etc. View basically adds or subtract UI elements on the form or lists. 

The one you might see in the Mobile Browser is Mobile View and that could definitely be different from the view you can see on the platform.
