This can be configured.  I have included the high level steps below.  Let me know if you need any clarification.

1.  Create a URL Applet

2.  Go 'Now Mobile Nav' under 'Now Mobile App' | 'Navigation Bar'

3.  'Create New Tab'

4.  In 'Navigation Tab' click on Magnifying Glass and click 'New'

5.  Select 'Applet Tab' and enter required information including point to your URL Applet Screen, set the order to 25 (this should place it where you want)

6.  Click Submit

Thanks for sharing the steps.

Hello,

Popular article is a item section [sys_sg_item_section] where you cant add additional applets.

You may create one more section [sys_sg_icon_section] where you can configure your URL applet.
