at this stage, I would see three main reasons, 

1. User permission - Check your user permissions to ensure you have the necessary access to the applet or feature you're trying to access.

2. Cache removal - Sometimes, cached data or temporary files can cause glitches in the mobile application. 

3. Check your mobile app version, sometimes, Outdated versions may contain bugs or compatibility issues that can cause errors.
