Hi! When I create a URL function with a link that is different from http://domain.com (for example, targetapp://parameters), I'm allowed to save the function. However, when I try to launch the action from the Agent mobile app, I get a message that reads "Access is blocked. The administrator has blocked access to this app. Please contact your administrator for more info". Is there a way to configure an ACL that will allow me to name the URLs in my instance to avoid that popup and launch my app?

Hi,
This is not related to Servicenow but more with the mobile settings. The mobile is not allowing you to run the function/program as it feels it is unsafe. Try to look for settings where you need to say "allow programs to run" something like this then it will run

Asifnoor,
Thanks for your reply! I did find this article which helped me solve the problem. It has steps to configure external apps available for deep linking. This kb article was also helpful.
Cheers,
Huberto

I am facing this issue also on an Android device. The app works fine on IOS. There is also no option in android to allow Now Mobile to launch the SMS (Messages) app. Any suggestion is very much appreciated.
