Application Module not visible on Navigator even though user has requried Role

Hi Team,

 

Even though user have 'snc_internal' role, he is not able to see 'Policy and Compliance' Application or any of it's module in Navigator.

 

He has required role to view Application and Module but still issue is occurring. 

 

I checked Before Query and Read ACL also for both tables but not able to figure out the root cause. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you find any solution for this i am also facing the same issue user is not able to see the modules and menu on application navigator and always showing loading
