Can't login to my instance in Mobile Agent

I'm trying to login to my instance for the first time on my iPhone 15 Plus.

When I select 'Save and login' the browser pop-up takes forever to load and when it finally loads and I fill in my username and password, pressing 'Log in' refreshes the login form and does nothing.

Thanks

Issue also started occurring for us about 2 weeks ago, only on iPhone and only on our production instance. Dev and ACC are both working fine.

Did you already find a solution for this?

Hi @AartA

Could you please clear cookies from your browser in mobile and then try.

Refer KB: KB0958432 Login in to ServiceNow fails from one computer, but not from other desktop or mobile.

Also can you try with this

Workaround

Resolution
  1. The issue is specific to iOS version 26.2, 26.4, 26.4.1 and 26.5 Beta, affecting login functionality in both Now Mobile and Agent apps.
  2. ServiceNow confirms the problem is with the authentication login web page loading on iOS 26.2; it does not occur on Android or iOS 26.3 beta.
  3. Workaround is suggested by setting the system property glide.ui.polaris.login.show_illustrations to false, which resolves the login issue.
  4. iOS 26.3 and 26.3.1 (tested as 26.3b) resolves the issue without the need of setting the property and is expected to be released by end of January 2026.

We just ran into this KB and applied the workaround (set glide.ui.polaris.login.show_illustrations to False) and this indeed resolved the issue on our side.
