Can the Now Mobile App be used for HR and not ITSM?

We use HRSD and ITSM in our organisation. Can you configure the mobile app only to point to your HRSD content and not your ITSM content? We. in HR would like to use the app for our colleagues but our IT colleagues are bot ready at the moment.

Yes you can. Both the Now Mobile app and the Now Agent app can be configured to only show what you want it to show. 

It's just good to keep in mind that at some point IT will also join, so thinking about how it will look combined can save time later. For end users it may needs some explanation. If they go to the portal they can contact HR and IT, but on mobile just HR. It could limit the usage of mobile that IT isn't connected.

On the other hand: making catalog items for IT available on mobile and show all tickets with the possibility to comment from mobile, doesn't really get in the way of IT not 'using' mobile. It's the end user's experience, right? At least for the Now Mobile app. The agent app is a different thing.
