Catalog item hiding in Now Mobile app

Hi All,

I want to hide a particular category/catalog item from mobile view of Now App. Do we have any option to hide this.?

We just hide it from portal using the option "Hide on Service Portal".But still its visible in Now mobile view.

Hello,

Hide in SP only hides in the portal and there is another field called as Availability in which if you select Mobile Only it would hide in the classic but not in the NOW app as this field was intended for only classic apps and not the new apps.

 Can you try something like a server side script. (Think ACL or a business rule)

Hi,

 You can hide a particular category/catalog item from mobile view of Now App. Set "Availability" option to "Desktop Only" on the catalog item.

Availability: Desktop/Mobile, Mobile, Desktop only.

Issue resolved by setting Availability option.

I have another issue in Now app, where most of the item images are missing in mobile view.If we are open the item, images are visible. only issue with list view in app.  The "Mobile Picture type" option is mentioned as Desktop.

I tried to change to Mobile and added new image also..Still not visible in Mobile view.

any suggestions.
