Hi All,
I want to hide a particular category/catalog item from mobile view of Now App. Do we have any option to hide this.?
We just hide it from portal using the option "Hide on Service Portal".But still its visible in Now mobile view.

Hi,
You can hide a particular category/catalog item from mobile view of Now App. Set "Availability" option to "Desktop Only" on the catalog item.

Is there any other options available? What if we want it available mobile, just not displayed? Example, we send out a link to a form but it's hidden from the service portal search/browse, but still available for use? The NOWMobile app picks these up.

I have a problem where there is one that is set to Desktop only. But it shows in the Now Mobile app. When you tap on it it just returns a message stating "Item not found".
But when I set it to both Desktop and Mobile, it still shows and returns this same error.
