Configure Create new incident applet

Hi, I am looking for configuration of applet for creating new incident. Currently, i created list applet and attached function to it but its showing Search button on form instead of Submit. When i did same through mobile builder, Incident is not being created.

My use case is to provide an icon on homepage for Create New Incident, clicking on which user can create incident.

Looking for help on same.

I personally think starting mobile configurations from Studio is best. (never tried Mobile Builder though, so can't comment yet).

Anyway, please open your application in Studio and check if your Create New Incident function is tied to Applet under the List screen tab.

yes, function is attached in list screen top menu function. But, on clicking my icon (create new incident), its showing Search button in header instead of Submit. i guess, if submit button will show here, then function should work here. see image below.
