Configuring footer on Service Portal

I've been attempting to configure a footer as part of an specific SC CATEGORY ITEMS WIDGET.

I managed to accomplish that by creating a new widget through the service portal configuration -> Widget Editor and place it on SC_Category through the service portal configuration ->Designer

Unfortunately, the widget is visible on every other SC_Category on service portal. 

Would it be possible to configure the widget on the first SC_CATEGORY?

Try once by adding  'page id' as a condition.
