Duplicate HR Checklist Items under My Tasks in Now Mobile App

Hi,

We have encountered a defect where HR checklist items are duplicated on mobile app but on portal it's not duplicated. I am using OOB screen on mobile so I'm not quite sure why it's showing duplicate items. Am I missing something here?

Hi,

I would recommend explore the tablename.list in platform Filter Navigator Menu to explore the records. If duplicity is not present on data there, than I suggest to open a ticket on NowSupport because there is a chance of a UI issue on the OOB mobile application.

Another testing tip is to update the applciation on your phone and ask someone to test in different OS (Android or iOS)

Appreciate your response! I already opened a ticket to Support and found out that it's the duplicate records on the checklist.list that is causing the issue.

Any idea how to prevent the checklists from duplicating?

Hi, @amielalcala 

As this does not happen very often, there is a good chance of a custom script or flow causing the duplication. I recomend if possible to simulate the scenario in a sandbox PDI instance to double check.
