Enable document viewer on Now Mobile

We have the "SNOW Document Viewer" enabled for our instance and the KB table, The same works fine on the portal but the viewer doesn't open in the NOW mobile. I have looked through the documentation and unable to find any useful information. Kindly direct me to the correct resource or share the solution if you have solved it already.

Hello Jayaraj - try this, since Document Viewer is enabled at the table level. Repeat this procedure for each table for which you want to enable Document Viewer.

 

Activate Document Viewer for the tables where you want to use it.

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary.
  2. Search for the table, and open the record with the type field Collection.
  3. Enter Use Document Viewer in the Attribute field.
  4. Enter true in the Value field.

 Thanks for taking the time, I have enabled it already. I have attached the config of what I did before raising the question here, I even tried enabling on the mobile table for KB articles, sn_km_mr_st_kb_knowledge , but when I open on the mobile the same article opens without the document viewer. I logged out of the instance and then logged as an additional caution but to no avail.
