hide incident feilds under details in Mobile Agent app

This is is my 1st time trying to work on Mobile Agent app.

The requirement is to hide Urgency field on incident  in all the views  on mobile agent app.

How can this be done ?

in studio I have ITSM Mobile Agent But I am not sure where is the change needed. please help

Hello.

Go to navigation->studio

Then select ITSM mobile agent:-

Then search for all the applets related to incident:-

Open it click on the form screen -> Body -> Details and remove the fields which you do not require

You could also do it with a Screen UI Policy (else you would need to do it on all forms/list):

Does Mobile UI Rule apply the same control to such detail screen ( e.g. Incident)?  Or it only works for input form (when edit happens) ?
