How to add favorites tab In Now mobile app

While creating now mobile application i need to add favorites tab in now mobile app. Is it possible to add favorites tab on now mobile, if it is possible how can we achieve it.

Hi Suneel,

There is an applet launcher called "saved" in the agent version. You can just bring that saved launcher to the now mobile and it will just work.

Using this you can bookmark the necessary screen. However, there is no option to bookmark URLs. There is already an idea submitted to bookmark urls.

Hi Murali,

I tried adding new navigation tab but no luck. Woundering how did you change the application scope to Global while it allows only "Now Mobile" scope to edit.By the way in San Diego.

Hi Murali,

I have enabled the saved or favorite functionality for now mobile after enabling its working fine for all but not working individual request item form and kb article form i don't see the save icon.

Could you Please help on this?

Hi Imam,

Yes it won't work for the web screen, Req item and KB articles are web screens so this favourite is not supported there.
