how to disable Ask an HR question from now mobile

I wanted to disable the a quick action menu which is comes when i click on quick action menu from now mobile. I am not able to get any trace from where it is coming. I am not even able to see in "sys_sg_alp_quick_action_map" where i can see all the quick actions across the platform.
