How to open incident links in activity stream in nowmobile card view instead of native ui view?

Hello SN community

 

I have configured nowmobile to display incident details and activity stream. The worknotes has some links associated with other incidents but when clicked on them, they open in an native UI interface instead of existing card builder view.

Any ideas if someone came across the same situation and fixed?

Hey! I’ve had a similar issue. It sounds like the links are defaulting to the native UI. Try double-checking the Card View settings to ensure they’re set to open in the card view. Also, review any UI Actions or Link Configurations that could be affecting this.

Thanks @richardedwa . Can you please provide some details on what you suggest on checking card view settings. I tried looking for it but couldn't find any.

Appreaciate if you provide some information.

I have the links showing up in mobile UI format (after setting the property - glide.sg.universal_links.enabled to true) but the fields that show up in incident card view (with linked Incident in activity) has a different view from what was configured.

I would appreciate if you have any information to share.
