How to Restrict Mobile App Access for Intranet Users in ServiceNow?

Hi All,


I am working on a ServiceNow mobile app using Mobile Studio, and I have a question regarding access restrictions for mobile users.

The users in our environment operate within a secure Intranet and should not have access to the app when they're outside of this network (e.g., over the Internet). I need to understand how to restrict mobile app access for users so that they can only access the app while on the Intranet.

Could anyone help with the following:

 1. Access Control: How can I enforce access restrictions for users only when they are connected to the Intranet?
 2. ServiceNow Settings: Are there specific configurations or plugins in ServiceNow Mobile Studio that can help enforce this kind of restriction?
 3. Best Practices: Any recommendations on best practices for ensuring that mobile access is secured and network-specific (e.g., IP restrictions, VPN configurations)?
