Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue where an HTML field added to a catalogue item is editable On the desktop portal view but not in the ServiceNow Mobile Agent app. The field is configured as editable (not read-only) and works perfectly on desktop browsers. However, in the Mobile Agent app, the field appears, but it is not editable.

HTML type fields are not support for the ServiceNow Agent App.
