ITSM Mobile Agent plugin

I recently downloaded the plugin ITSM Mobile Agent which has the 'My work' launcher screen. I can see a navigation section called 'Approvals' on the backend but I don't see any such screen called 'Approvals' on 'My work/ page under section 'Other work'. Any help is appreciated.

If I understand right, you are not seeing approvals under either my work or the Other work? correct?

If so, you need to manually add .

GOTO to - sys_sg_icon_section.list form application navigator and search for the screen with display name - Other work and open this.

once you open it, you can Screens, where you can add an "approvals" screen there! ensure you are in "ITSM mobile  agent" scope
