Mobile Agent - How to put Incident on hold from app

I am new to the Mobile Apps, have just 'implemented' Now Agent for our IT techs and was asked when navigating to My Work and Incidents how to put a ticket to State of On Hold - how can I add this as option or action? I have been to Mobile App Builder and figured out how to navigate to the different 'screens' from the App but not sure within the tree of options where I could add a button to set Incident to On Hold (or is there a better way to accomplish this)?

Hi - Maybe you can try to create an action item for "on hold" and then create a function for on hold. i tried to create an action item
not tried it, but you can try and let me now.
